    We don’t offer pay-as-you-go access.

    A membership model allows us to keep sessions intimate, equipment premium, and recovery experiences uncompromised while supporting long-term progress over short-term fixes.

    If you’re a member of any Haus pathway, you can access all Haus services.
    Services not included in your membership allocation can be booked additionally using credits or add-ons.

  • Haus is built around best-in-class performance and recovery equipment, chosen for quality, durability, and results, not trends.

  • We use Your Reformer, a premium Australian reformer brand known for precision engineering and intelligent movement design.

    Each reformer includes an on-demand screen, allowing members to follow guided sessions or move independently blending instructor-led structure with self-led autonomy.

  • Classes are capped at 11 reformer beds per session.

    On-demand reformer sessions combine expert-led programming with the freedom to move at your own pace, using the in-built screens on each reformer.

    All reformer offerings are designed to be accessible to beginners, with clear options to progress as strength and confidence build.

  • Memberships run on an 8-week minimum term.
    Long enough for real change to happen, not so long that you feel locked in.


  • Credits are used to book recovery and wellness services.
    Each service has a set credit value, giving you flexibility across offerings like red light therapy, contrast therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen sessions.

    Credits do not roll over and reset in line with your membership cycle.

    Credits are designed to encourage regular use and consistent recovery not accumulation.


  • Guest passes are currently reserved for Founding Members and Early Access Members only.
    Availability may expand in future phases.

  • We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your session.
    This gives you time to decompress, settle your nervous system, and transition into your workout or recovery properly.
